We have been going to Lanzarote for the past few years and my favourite part is Puerto Del Carmen as it has a mixture of old and new. ….I was initially one of those people who wanted to venture to different Holidays places however Lanzarote offers so much for everybody as it has a great climate lovely bars and restaurants and the beach is great. You have all your shopping needs taken care of too.…If you don’t like the hustle of transfer times this is ideal as you are at your accommodation very soon….
This web site offers a great selection of accommodation to suit everybody and all are of a high standard. We have stayed at Las Terricitas which is well equipped, you will not have to take anything from home and you don’t have to worry about hiring a toaster or fans !! The pool area is great and you can relax and bask in the sun all day long. In the evening the apartment is cosy with the subtle lighting, we loved coming back in the evening and sitting outside with a glass of wine finishing the night off..
My favourite villa is Elena I could easily move in tomorrow as you are spoilt with the accommodation and the facilities it offers, It is in a perfect location. Staying in is no hardship as it has a BBQ and a fantastic pool area. Along with the other accommodation they are very clean and well cared for.
Every time well have been to Lanzarote we have had a fabulous time and Richard and Linda will look after your every needs

We stayed at the Los Helechos apartments mid August 2009.
As a Family of 4, we would like to say how much we enjoyed the holiday.
The booking of the holiday, payment and arrival was first class.
We have booked apartments direct before but have never had service as exceptional as this.
Linda called us at home, prior to leaving to ensure everything was fine with us and to go through the last minute details.
There was a representative on hand when we arrived and then Linda and her Husband visited us within a couple of hours of arriving.
The apartment was better than expected, 2 double bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, lounge TV, DVD and a very large balcony which had 6 chairs around a table, 1 sun lounger and a clothes airer.
We arrived on a Friday, the towels were cleaned on the Tuesday, and the rooms cleaned on the Thursday and clean bedding, new towels again before we left.
The view of the pool was fantastic also a view to the Ocean.
Due to the apartments being privately owned, most of the time there would be around a dozen people max around the two pools.
The walk to the beach was approx 5 minutes down hill.
The apartments are at the quieter end of the resort, but only 15 minutes along the promenade to the busier part and only 10 minutes to the old town.
If we went to Lanzarote again we would definitely stay the Los Helechos again.

Would like to share with you all the great time me & my family have had at the Los helechos apartment. Lovely complex well looked after & child friendly. 2 good size pools , accommodating both adults as well as small children. My 9 yrs old son spent many of hours having loads of fun in these 2 pools.
The apartment was nicely decorated, very clean & well looked after, a credit to the owner. The apartment had everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing holiday from all the mod con in the kitchen to a washing machine, that’s if you fancied doing your washing before you went home.
Location was spot on, right in the middle of the old town & the new town.. Loads of lovely restaurants & bars to explore in both towns. My favourite is the old town with its lovely Spanish atmosphere.
A large shopping complex is approx 10mins walk away from the los Helechos .. Great retail therapy had by all !
Enjoyed the resort so much going back again in October 09 staying at the Los Helechos again with our new family member.
