Terms and Conditions
Blue Ocean acts on behalf of the property owners. For your peace of
mind all the properties have been inspected by us and the information is true to
the best of our knowledge. We try our best to provide the correct
information (including the availability) as this is updated after each booking.
Blue Ocean accepts NO responsibility for personal injury, damage or loss to the
property or of personal items during your stay. For this reason we stress
that you obtain full holiday insurance to cover you for illness, injuries, loss
of credit cards etc. It is also advised to obtain an E111 form for medical
care. This does not mean you have to fend for yourselves whilst on
holiday. Total Developments are your Property Management and are there to
help you should there be any problems.
1) Payments & Amounts
- A 20% deposit is required on booking and balance due 6 weeks prior
to your arrival
- Payment can be made by cash or cheque, all this information is found
on your booking confirmation slip
2) Cancellations
In the event of having to cancel your holiday for any reason the following
charges apply :
- 10% of the deposit is a none refundable charge
- 45-60 days prior to arrival 20% deposit is forfeited
- 21-45 days prior to arrival 50% of full holiday cost
- 0-21 days prior to arrival 100% of full holiday cost
The owners are paid in advance therefore these charges are applicable.
3) Complaints
Total Developments (our sister Property Management company) will deal with
any complaints you have whilst you are on holiday. Hopefully this won’t
occur but if it does we will resolve as soon as possible.
- All complaints must be made & resolved in resort.
- Complaints after departure will not be accepted & therefore
requests for compensation will not be accepted.
We are proud to say that we have many repeat clients due to our high
standard of client care.
All we can do now is say we look forward to meeting you & that you have a
wonderful holiday.
